Professional Mohammed?
He drives business impact by architecting security systems rooted in technical risk management. As a T-shaped innovator, he harmonizes technical depth with marketing and customer experience to lead the "bigger picture" of digital transformation. A natural at recognizing patterns, he identifies opportunities to automate what can be automated, leveraging advanced algorithms to optimize complex workflows and shorten delivery cycles while building AI-powered tools.
Deeply aware of national regulations and directives, he designs future-ready platforms aligned with evolving compliance standards. While pursuing his Master’s in Data Science and building his solopreneur experience, he ensures every innovation balances operational readiness with a "people-first" perspective.
Human Mohammed?
He is a simple soul, a DIY builder, and a student of life who finds clarity on road trips with his children in his old car. Fascinated by history, Arabic poems and the butterfly effect, he observes the world from a third-person view to build his "unfair advantage" through deep self-awareness.
He believes the human is the core of everything. Guided by Islamic values to pay it forward, he leads by example and prioritizes social impact through storytelling. Much like a professional footballer, he focuses on positioning—opening new spaces and connecting knowledge to trigger "Eureka" moments for those around him. Driven by potential, he has guided 10+ trainees toward leadership and provided 10+ career referrals to help his peers win.
Both Are Mohammed
But from different perspective, each of them must be defined in modern world
Career Timeline
He healed my soul and cured its ailment. When knights said: Antar, advance and you are free!
The Hustle on the Streets
2016 – 2020: The Reality Check Long before he was building national security platforms, he was navigating the streets. He worked as a Mrsool delivery driver, pulling off 300+ consecutive orders without a single hitch, and hustled seasonal retail jobs at places like Marks & Spencer and Florina. This wasn't a corporate training program; this was real life. It taught him raw grit, the physical bottlenecks of logistics, and how to truly understand what everyday people expect.
The "Geek" Phase
2020 – 2022: Listening and Building He spent two years as a pure software engineering "geek," headphones on, deep in the code. But he didn't just type; he took notes. Surrounded by ambitious entrepreneurs, he absorbed their struggles. He started mixing his coding skills with deep-tech like image recognition and search, figuring out the actual costs of running cloud servers (OPEX vs. CAPEX). He learned how to turn abstract code into something that actually survives in the real world.
Hacking the System
2022: Building with His Own Hands He co-founded MARR, a scrappy delivery app born at KFUPM. He noticed a simple pattern: students were already going to the store, so why not let them deliver to others? He hacked the logistics model to cut fees down to just 15%. With his own two hands, he helped scale the app to 7 universities and 5,000 users before hitting the heavy funding wall. It was a massive, fast-paced crash course in entrepreneurship and market gaps.
The Big Leagues: Selling
mid 2022-2025: He joined COGNNA as one of the first 5 guys in a room, helping ride a massive wave to 70 employees and a valuation jumping from $150k to nearly $40M. He got his hands dirty building at least a third of the complex backend for their cybersecurity platform. But his biggest Eureka moment wasn't in the code. While integrating heavy, complex tools like SIEMs, SOARs, and EDRs, he realized they weren't just selling software; they were selling "peace of mind" to stressed-out employees resisting change. He learned firsthand how to back up a product with services, and how to align giant hierarchical teams with raw KPIs, DevSecOps, and tough national regulations.
Architecting the Shift
2022-present: Now at CyberXi as a Product Engineer and digital transformation leader, he is steering the ship from a pure service-based, buyer's market model into a heavy-hitting, product-led future. He doesn't just code anymore; he connects the dots between deep-tech AI tools and the human operating them. He is diving into go-to-market strategy, pricing, lead generation, and creating content that actually matters. By leading an AI-powered development team, he helped 10x their productivity—keeping everyone laser-focused on a "people-first" culture and the company's ultimate strategic vision.
Seeding the Ecosystem
2026-present: Stepping into his role as an Early-stage Investor at FoundiAI, he is putting his strategic mind where his mouth is. He is backing the regional tech ecosystem by providing seed capital to local developer tools, including an Arabic alternative to Firebase and cloud hosting solutions. But he doesn't just throw funds at an idea; he tears down their business models. He rigorously checks baseline-to-best-case financials, profit margins, and operational burn rates to make sure the founders are actually set up to survive, scale, and win in the real world.
Indifferent to what is to come, forgetting what has passed.
